* Form groups of 6

* Each group member should watch two of the videos and think about how you would answer the questions that accompany each video (underneath "Procedures" on the initial page)
* Once everyone has watched their videos, share around your table. Give your group an overview of the clips you watched and tell them how you would answer the associated questions.
* Once everyone has shared, discuss: Did the Supreme Court set an appropriate standard for students' rights in schools in Tinker? Why or why not? Have times changed in the subsequent fifty years such that the standard should be modified? Explain your position!
