Question: Can I put "we" and "you" in the lab report?
Answer: Please refrain from using "we" and "you." I know it may sound like bad English, but you may have to use the passive voice. Here is an example:
 
Avoid Active Voice with "we" --
"We added a total of 5mL of vinegar to the antacid before the pH of the solution changed to 4."
 
Use Passive Voice without "we"--
"A total of 5mL of vinegar was added to the antacid before the pH of the solution changed to 4."
 
Question: Is there a calculations section in the lab?
Answer: No.
