**SCI FI FANTASY – There will be a meeting at lunch TODAY to plan our game night for this Friday. Mrs. Hansen
**ARTS PERSON OF THE WEEK – This week’s Arts Person is Katarina Blagojevic. She is a 3 year Vocal Ensemble soprano and she is performing as Ursula in “Little Mermaid”. Her voice is beautiful and powerful and Mr. Peterson is grateful that he has had four years to listen to her incredible vocal talents. Congratulations Katarina!

COMMUNITY SERVICE – Do you enjoy nature? Do you need community service hours? Then you should apply for the Parks and Recreation Departments Volunteen program. Pick up a form on the community service board in the office. Mr. Campuzano
COMMUNITY SERVICE – Community service hours are available helping Cub Scout Pack 897 during their Blue and Gold Banquet at the Danish Lutheran Church on Bastanchury in Yorba Linda on February 25th. The hours would be from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. doing a variety of things during the banquet. If interested call Walt Galli at 714-920-1175.

MOCK EXAMS – March and April test dates for the SAT & Act are quickly approaching. Feel confident walking into that test by practicing at EDHS’ very own Mock Exam. We will be hosting the Mock Exam here on campus on Saturday, Feb 25th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for only $10.00. CSF – CSF applications for the 2nd semester are out now in Room 704. The application is due by February 24th. Everyone needs to reapply. Freshman are now welcome to join the California Scholarship Federation. Come have some fun. Mrs. Oberle
REACH FOUNDATION SHAMROCK N RUN – The Reach Foundation is having the annual Shamrock n Run. They need people to help out with this big event. Come check out the Community Service Board for more information.

**SENIOR OF THE WEEK – Kylie Palacios is an amazing student and perfectly juggles AP classes and a job. She does amazing work in CSF and NHS and she is a priceless friend. If you see her on campus, congratulate her on her admission to Dartmouth! Mr. Campuzano
SANTIAGO CANYON – If you are thinking about going to Santiago Canyon now is the time to sign up! They will be on campus March 9th for the placement test but you need to sign up in advance. Every Wednesday in the Career Center an SCC rep is here to get more info. Mrs. Hamilton
