Just wanted to note the passing of Dan Filie ('72), one of the early student leaders of EDHS. Dan was a talented writer, water polo player, thespian, and class and ASB officer. He was known for his quick wit and intelligence and, after graduating with honors from Claremont, had a very successful career as a television executive with ABC and NBC. He will no doubt be remembered fondly by those who knew him, and greatly missed by his friends and family.
