Tiffany Badger, El Dorado’s teacher of English learners, and Principal Carey Cecil participated in California’s Literacy Leadership Advisory Board roundtable discussions. The forum was an excellent opportunity to discuss literacy issues and the alignment of publisher materials with the Common Core Standards and teacher perspectives. The board will continue to organize future summits and are inviting Mrs. Badger to be a part of the continuing conversations.
