**FROSH/SOPH ACADEMIC DECATHOLON – There were 16 high schools in the Orange County Frosh/Soph Academic Decathlon competition. Your El Dorado team placed 5th Overall in Division 1 and 6th among all 16 high schools. In Super Quiz, we also placed 5th in Division 1 and 6th among all 16 high schools. Team members are Maverick Shuck, Romney Olson, Alexander Hobrath, Emily Solheid, Isabella Clark, George Bernal, Howard Liao and Emma Lopez, Individual medals were earned in Science by Emma Lopez, Emily Solheid, Jenna Martinez and Isabella Clark. Literature medals were earned by Emma Lopez and Howard Liao, while Maverick Shuck earned a Math medal and Colson Teal earned a Speech medal. Mr. Kanne
AP GOV/ECON SUMMER WORK – If you are planning to take AP Gov and Econ next year, please stop by and see Mrs. Cavalluzzi in Room 303 to pick up the summer assignments. Mrs. Cavalluzzi

COMMUNITY SERVICE – Interact Club has a community service opportunity at the Cowabunga Fundraiser at Tri-City Park this Friday. Please see Ms. Tingley in Room 509 if you are interested in serving. Ms. Tingley
SCIENCE OLYMPIAD TEAM – There is a meeting TODAY at lunch in Room 901. We will be celebrating Seniors and discussing the coming season. Any student interested in joining should also attend. Mrs. Dutton
COMMUNITY SERVICE – The Yorba Linda Library is in need of a lot of volunteers this summer. Some of the positions are booth volunteer, shelving volunteer, story time volunteer, teen book blogger and working on the Teen Advisory Board. COMMUNITY SERVICE – Topaz Elementary School is having their annual Family Night on Friday, June 7th. We need many volunteers to help with setting up working games, serving food and putting things away. DO YOU HAVE ANY HAWK STRONG TICKETS? – If so, now is your chance to use them for a chance to win Grad Night tickets. Put your tickets in box # 1 outside of the Attendance Office. Drawing will take place on Friday. Note: Students who have already purchased their ticket for Grad Night are not eligible for the drawing. Mrs. Madrigal

KNOTT’S TICKETS – Knott’s tickets for the senior Knott’s trip go on sale. Buy your tickets early so you don’t have to stress about it later. Tickets are $34.00 each and tickets, if lost, cannot be refunded. Mr. Campuzano
SENIOR HOLD LIST – The Senior Hold list is now posted in all Econ and Government classes as well as the window in Attendance. Please check to see if your name is on there. Changes are made daily and names go off and on daily. If your name is on the list on your last day your cap and gown will be held. If you have questions see Mrs. Spickelmier.
