The Arthritis Foundation we would like to offer students volunteer opportunities to support our Annual Jingle Bell Run fundraiser at Angels Stadium on December 6, 2025.
Volunteer opportunities are available for Friday 12/5 and Saturday 12/6.

SET UP CREW
- Arrive early to unload supplies and equipment
- Move supplies to designated areas (route, kids’ zone, etc.)
- Set up equipment (tents, tables, chairs, signage on route, water station, etc.)
REGISTRATION
- Greet guests
- Pre-registered attendant
- Day of Event registration attendant
- T-shirt runners
- Some monetary transactions
- After registration closes, transition to CHEERLEADERS
MISSION AREA
- Share arthritis information and upcoming events
- Assist and gather participants to register for the Jingle Bell Run
ROUTE SUPPORT
Help set up entertainment along route, monitor to make sure runners
stay on route safely, cheer runners on and help entertainment break down after
WATER CREW
Go to designated water station
- Set up cups, coolers, and water
- Hand out water to participants and clean up after
PARKING
Direct traffic into stadium parking, set up A-Frames and monitor lot
KIDS ZONE
Set up and run games and activities, monitor Santa photo line, monitor snow area
FINISH LINE
Hand out medals
- Food offered post-run [bananas, apples]
- Clean up station
CLEAN UP CREW [usually everyone]
- Wipe down equipment and supplies as needed
- Breakdown equipment (tents, tables, chairs, signage, etc.)
- Load supplies and equipment into truck
- Snow Removal
