you will be assigned 2-3 people to observe during the Mock audition. during their audition, you should take notes of things to share with them about their performance. 3 GLOWS - things they did well, things you liked about the performance. 3 GROWS - things you think they could focus on to improve for next time.

On Wednesday, 9/9 you will be doing a Mock Audition in class. You will need to have 16-32 bars of a song cut and ready to perform with background tracks (no vocals on them, please). Ideally, you are going to want your music on a different device than the device you use to Zoom, in order to avoid taking up bandwidth. You may also submit your audition via video ahead of time, JUST IN CASE you don't have a good quality audition due to tech issues in the live session.

Tuesday's check in period can be used to test volume, test lag, get comfortable, etc.. so if you want to come to the check in with your song ready, we can use the breakout rooms as practice rooms!
