Today we officially began the semester review. We reviewed basic terms such as weather expressions, greetings, and body parts. *Absent students: Please refer to the attached activities if you would like to review at home and earn back today's participation points. 

Today was a review of Chapter 7A grammar and vocabulary concepts. Students completed a worksheet and wrote sentences about celebrity clothing. **Absent students: Please view the attached images of Kanye wearing his clothing line. Write 2 sentences about each article of clothing. The first sentence should state the price (use "costar") and the second can be your opinion of the clothing or a general description. 

Today we reviewed Chapter 7A grammar and vocabulary concepts by completing a worksheet and using the online resource Quizlet. *Absent students: Write the answers to the fill in the blank Quizlet study set on a piece of paper to earn participation points. Use this link. Gracias :) 

Today we learned numbers in Spanish from 100-1,000,000. Students completed a worksheet and a connect the dots activity to practice large numbers. *Absent students: Watch this video to learn about numbers 100-1,000,000. Please see me when you return to class for the follow up activity and submit it to earn participation points. 

Today we reviewed the verb "quedarse" and practiced the verb "decir". *Absent students: Please view the attached power point presentation and skip the first slide ("juego"). Copy down the verb chart ("decir") on the second slide, and fill in the conjugated forms of the verb "decir" on the last slide. 

Today was a review of Chapter 7A concepts: vocabulary, demonstrative adjectives, and the verb "quedarse". **Absent students: Please view, complete, and submit the activities in the attached presentation. 

Today we learned how demonstrative adjectives are used in Spanish.
