Students wrote paragraphs in Spanish expressing whether or not they had "good" or "bad" manners as children. They also used the "imperfect" tense to write descriptions of what some celebrities used to do as children. Absent students: Please use the attached prompt (and incorporate the verbs in the word bank) to write a paragraph about your manners as a child. Your paragraph should include 6 complete sentences. Also, view the attached power point, read  the sample descriptions of what the "famosos" used to do and used to be like as children. Then, write your own descriptions of the remaining celebrities.

Today students completed several practice activities while using the "imperfect" and "preterite" verb tenses. They primarily conjugated verbs as part of a "story" while deciding which tense to use based on contextual clues. Absent students: Please view the attached power point presentation. Use the attached handout (or your own paper), and write down the corresponding conjugated forms of the verbs that represent each picture. Please use your notes to decide if you should conjugated using the preterite or imperfect tense.
