DO NOT work on slides 9 or 10 (ignore the last 2 slides).

Today students created sketches of their bedrooms and labeled at least 10 vocabulary words in Spanish.  Then, they wrote a paragraph in Spanish using the verb "estar" with directional terms to describe the location of the items in their room. Absent students: Please sketch your bedroom on a piece of paper (notebook or printer paper is fine). Then write a paragraph describing the locations of the different pieces of furniture and other items.

Students practiced writing sentences about likes and dislikes, reviewed the verb "tener", and also conducted an "interview" with another classmate. Absent students: I've attached the lesson. Please complete the gustar/encantar sentences using your notes, and then fill in the blanks of the following slide with the verb "tener" to solve the riddle/answer the question (look at the end of the paragraph). You are excused from completing the "entrevista" (interview).
