¡Hola, bienvenidos!
Welcome to my Spanish 1 class. This class focuses on continuing to support students’ acquisition of the Spanish Language by developing the intermediate level concepts and structures of the language in order to be able to have conversations, write paragraphs and read stories and novels while collaborating with peers in Spanish. Students will also learn about and experience Latin American and Hispanic cultures and traditions in order to compete in today’s global community. More importantly, students will continue acquiring the target language while developing language and communication skills that will be useful both within the Spanish classroom as well as the outside world.
