Summer Sports Update (new as of 8/10/20)

Registration for Summer Sports Conditioning, Training and Drill Practices during the week of

August 24 to August 28, 2020 is now open!

How to Register for High School Summer Sports Camp

General Information

Athletes may sign up for more than one sport.

Please review dates and times of camps to avoid schedule conflicts. 

No refunds will be issued after the start of a given camp.

If you have any questions about a sport, please call the contact listed.

No athlete may participate without completed registration received by the District and a Physical Clearance form received by the school, or uploaded onto Family ID.

Copy Family ID registration and payment - turn in to the District (Expanded Learning Office)

Original Physical form- Must be turned in to the appropriate high school, can upload on Family ID and then turn the original physical form in the fall.

  • Select the Summer Camps Activities program below for a list of camps
  • Complete registration through Family ID: https://www.familyid.com/programs
  • Register for both summer camp AND sports registration 2020-21
  • Original Physical form- Must be turned in to the high school or can be emailed to: [email protected].  Turn the original physical form in the fall to your school's Athletics Department 
  • Athletes cannot participate unless the completed physical form is received 

 

Payment

1. By Mail: (Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Orders Only)

  • Print completed registration from Family ID and attach payment (No Cash)
  • Mail the registration copy plus check, cashier's check or money order to:

Your student MUST ALSO be cleared for participation for the NEW SCHOOL YEAR (2020-2021) by following the directions below:
 
For athletic clearance, make sure you have three things completed:
  • Have a sports physical done. List of locations attached below.
  • Turn in proof of insurance and physical form (email to [email protected] or use the drop box outside the main office, please keep a copy for yourself). The PYLUSD physical form MUST be used and it is linked below.
  • Register on FamilyID under HS Sports Registration if your student intends to participate in sports during the 2020-2021 school year.

When registering on FamilyID, you will only need to create one account. Please make sure that you save your user name and password. You may register your athlete for more than one sport.
 
The sports physical and copy of the insurance card (front and back) must be turned in prior to the start of the new school year to the athletic director (Mr. Ray Elliott) or the Front Office's drop box.
