COMMON QUESTIONS OVER SUMMER:

Community Service Hours	Get a blank community service form here and turn it into the office when we return in the Fall.
Work Permits	For a work permit application, click here. Please go to the District Office to process the form: 1301 E. Orangethorpe Ave, Placentia. Closed Fridays.
AP Summer Homework	Click here to get your summer homework. If your AP class is not listed, you do not have summer homework.
Sports Physicals	If the office is closed, please drop off your sports physical in the secure drop box located in front of the school office. Staff will be checking the box and turning in the forms to the Athletic Director. Blank form here.
