Dear El Dorado High School Families and Community,

 

It is with great excitement and deep gratitude that I introduce myself as the new principal of El Dorado High School. It is an honor to join such a vibrant and accomplished community, and I look forward to partnering with you to ensure that every Golden Hawk continues to thrive academically, socially, and personally.

 

I have been an educator for over 26 years, serving as a science teacher, coach, and administrator. Most recently, I served as assistant principal at Mission Viejo High School, and before that at Chaparral High School in Temecula. My career has given me the opportunity to lead in many areas, including curriculum development, college and career readiness, athletics, visual and performing arts, and student support programs. Above all, I am dedicated to building strong relationships and fostering a school culture where every student feels supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed.

 

On a personal note, I live in Mission Viejo and have built my career around a commitment to student well-being and academic excellence. I am excited to bring that commitment to El Dorado High School, a place with a rich tradition of pride, excellence, and community spirit.

 

I believe wholeheartedly that education is a partnership between schools, families, and the community. I look forward to listening, learning, and working together to ensure that our students are prepared for success now and in the future. Please know that my door is always open—I welcome your ideas, questions, and input as we begin this journey together.
