Girls Inc. is excited to announce that the Girls Meet the Workforce 2024 Application is now open! Attached is the program flyer, overview handout, and application. We will also be hosting two virtual information sessions – we encourage you to please share widely.

Program Description:

Girls Inc. of Orange County’s Externship Program: Girls Meet the Workforce is a FREE 6-month job readiness experiential opportunity for current 9th through 11th grade girls and girl-identifying students. Participating gives you access to EXCLUSIVE Girls Inc. scholarships, an opportunity to complete a PAID internship, and networking events with top female leaders in Orange County! Its purpose is to help you identify your career interests and prepare you for today’s workforce. You will strengthen your soft skills (e.g. interpersonal communication, leadership, and networking) as well as your hard skills (e.g. navigating Microsoft Office and Google applications) throughout our career-readiness programming. ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS NOW!
