VIP Dates - Submission Deadlines
- Physical Entry Drop-off: October 22–24, 2025 (by 4:30 PM) in the front office.
- Virtual Student Form & Physical Entry Deadline: Friday, October 24, 2025 by (4:30 p.m.)
Review Rules & Guidelines
Two Ways to Submit Entries
1) Paper Student Entry Form
- Download the fillable form (English, Spanish) or pick up a paper packet from the library.
- Fill out completely — do not use pencil or your school email address.
- Submit one copy of your completed 2-page form with your physical entry.
Physical Entry Guidelines
- Dance, Film, Music: Place a labeled USB drive (plus music notation, reflective statement, and lyric sheet if applicable) in a manila envelope labeled with your name and grade.
- Literature: Place two copies in a manila folder or file; label the back with your name and grade.
- Photography & Visual Arts: Mount on firm backing board (no frames); label the back with your name and grade.
- 3D Visual Arts: Provide three photographs from different angles; place them in a manila envelope labeled with your name and grade.
2) Virtual Online Entry Form
(Read below before you click!)
- Online Entry Form
- Requires a Google account to access the form.
- One form per entry — you’ll need to digitize your work before uploading.
- Upload requirements:
- Dance, Film, Music: Digital file plus PDF of music notation or reflective statement.
- Literature: PDF of your work.
- Photography & Visual Arts: The Photo file of your piece (three photos for 3D entries).
- Click SUBMIT at the end. If you do not receive a confirmation email, go back and resubmit.
- Important: PYLUC and 4D host physical showcases. You still need to turn in physical copies for Literature, Photography, and Visual Arts (see below).
