Submission Deadline

• Student Form and Entry Drop-off: Tuesday October 7, 2026 (by 4:30 PM) in the front office.

How to Submit Your Entry

• Download the fillable form (English, Spanish) or pick up a paper packet from the library or front office.
• Fill out completely — do not use pencil, write legibly.
• Your contact email cannot be your school email address.
• Submit one copy of your completed 2-page form with your entry.

PTSA Instructions for Preparing Entries for Submission

• Dance, Film, Music: Place a labeled USB drive (plus music notation, reflective statement, and lyric sheet if applicable) in a manila envelope labeled with your name and grade.
• Literature: Place two copies in a manila folder or file; label the back with your name and grade.
• Photography & Visual Arts: Mount on firm backing board (no frames); label the back with your name and grade.
• 3D Visual Arts: Provide three photographs from different angles; place them in a manila envelope labeled with your name and grade.
