**YEARBOOK – Did you order a yearbook? Let’s hope so. As of Tuesday, there were only 49 books left to purchase. Check with Mrs. Zaldin in Finance if you aren’t sure if you purchased one. Mr. O’Donnell
**GIRLS VOLLEYBALL – There will be a meeting TODAY at lunch in the PE classroom for any girl interested in playing volleyball next year. Mr. Tefertiller

COMMUNITY SERVICE – REACH Foundation is hosting Artworks from April 18th to April 26th from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. with times varying. All volunteers must sign up via their website at reach4pylusd.org. Click on volunteer, then community service. Ms. Armstrong
HAWK UNIVERSITY – Hawk University will be hosted in the Career Center on Monday, April 16th at 7:30 a.m. The topic counselors will be discussing is summer school and planning for next year. If you have questions about your summer school classes and paperwork please attend this presentation. The April 17th presentation has been cancelled.

CREATIVE WRITING CLUB JOURNAL SUBMISSIONS – The EDHS Creative Writing Club is currently creating our annual journal. We are currently accepting poems and short stories and art work and lyrics and essays and excerpts of novels and screenplays. All submissions should be sent to Mrs. Wolf at awolf@pylusd.org. For exact details see your English teacher. Submission deadline is this Friday. Mrs. Wolf
ROP SUMMER SCHOOL – ROP will be offering the following summer courses: Visual Communications, Art of Video Production, Medical Careers, Body Systems & Disorders, and Culinary Arts & Hospitality. PROM TICKETS – Prom tickets are on sale. Get yours at the early bird ticket price: April 10 – 13: $70.00 with ASB and $80.00 without. April 16 – 27: $75.00 with ASB and $85.00 without. DANCE TEAM TRY-OUTS –Dance team try-outs are just around the corner! Try-out dates are April 17th to 19th. See Mrs. Lawson for a try-out packet or if you have any questions. Packets are also available in the front office. Registration is due to Mrs. Lawson by April 16th. Mrs. Lawson
PRISM TICKETS – PRISM is April 13th & 14th at 7:00 p.m. in the PAC. Tickets for the Hawks Nest will be available for purchase for either night on the 13th at lunch for only $5.00. They are also for sale at the box office the night of the performance. Mr. Yoder

**SENIOR SHIRT – If you have not gotten a senior season shirt, come to the Activities Office to sign up and have it delivered to you. Mr. Campuzano
**SCHOLARSHIPS – Don’t forget about those scholarship applications. Upcoming scholarships due this week: Carl Karcher – Just added, this is for a $10,000 scholarship, and no one has applied. Due 4/16. APLE -$500 to a PYLUSD senior, minimum 3.0, good school involvement, and planning to work in public service. Due 4/13. Class of ’85 Golden Hearts – Up to $5000 for an EDHS senior. This scholarship is looking for a senior who has good school and community involvement and would hope to one day give back to El Dorado. This is a great opportunity. Deadline has been extended to 4/16. Please remember to check the scholarship bulletin for more great local opportunities. There are many scholarships with upcoming deadlines. Mrs. Campuzano
