This is an INDIVIDUAL project. You will work on it independently for the duration of our unit. You will use this for your final in-class essay.

Your data sheet is due on the day of your in-class essay (the week of November 16--I set the deadline for that Monday just to remind you. Plan on having your AP Data sheet done by that day so you are not behind. Actual deadline to be announced as we near the end of the unit). Pace yourself and work a little each week. DO NOT save it all for the last week/night before.

4 paragraphs: 1 intro, 2 body paragraphs, 1 conclusion

You MUST SUBMIT your essay by the end of the class period. If you do not do this, it will be considered late and only be eligible for 70% credit at most.

Create and share a document with your partner. Be sure ALL names are at the top of your document.

ONE person will submit this assignment. You MUST write your partner's name in the comment of your assignment with you submit (even if your partner submits the assignment, please write his/her name in the comment of your page).

Major Characters: Ralph, Piggy, Jack
Minor Characters: Simon, Roger

Setting: just focus on the island as a whole (in other words, one setting will suffice)
