We will continue with Antigone this week, focusing on scenes 2-3.

We will finish up with Oedipus Rex this week. The poster will be due Tuesday if not done in class. On Tuesday, we will write a paragraph about the play. The final, typed copy of the paragraph will be due this Friday (9/18). We will also begin Antigone this week on Wednesday.

We will finish Oedipus Rex, and will create a poster showing how Oedipus exhibits the traits of a tragic hero. We will also review writing, and will work on a paragraph about Oedipus. The final copy of the paragraph will be due on Tuesday, 9/15, and should be typed. Students should also begin bringing a book to read for SSR.
